Senior Structural Designer
Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $33 - $50 / hr
Konik is partnering with a local engineering consultant who is seeking to add a senior structural designer to their team.
Senior Structural Designer Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive construction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements and CAD standards.
- Act as the primary technical contact for projects, coordinating directly with engineers, project managers, clients, and contractors.
- Oversee and review project documentation across multiple disciplines to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless integration.
- Develop and communicate preliminary design concepts, refine layouts, and coordinate specifications with project drawings.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to designers and technicians, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.
