Konik is partnering with a local engineering consultant who is seeking to add a structural engineer to their team.
Structural Engineer Responsibilities :
- Lead structural design efforts by applying advanced engineering principles, industry standards, and problem-solving skills to develop efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and clients, to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Evaluate design alternatives in early project phases to support informed decision-making and present recommendations effectively.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, edit specifications, and ensure coordination of technical drawings across disciplines.
- Conduct construction site visits (up to 10% travel) to observe progress, address RFIs, and review shop drawings for compliance.
