Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk for a temporary assignment in Ranch Dominquez. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating the databases. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Data Entry Clerk will also assist with research data collection and perform various clerical tasks to support the administrative functions of the office.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling data.
- Support administrative tasks as required by the office.
Experience
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including databases and spreadsheet applications.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks.
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- MS Office
- Microsoft Dynamics a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Status: 1-month temporary assignment
Hours: 7:00an to 3:30pm
Salary range: $22 to $26 an hour
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
