A well-established manufacturer of CNC controls and CNC machine tools is seeking a hands-on and responsible Field Service Technician to support customers across the Easton, PA or Phillipsburg, NJ area. This full-time role involves traveling to client sites to install, maintain, and service CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Install new CNC controls and machine tools at customer locations
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on existing CNC equipment
- Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Coordinate and schedule service visits with customers
- Maintain accurate documentation of service reports and activities
- Promote and offer service maintenance agreements and other service products
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn technical subjects
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience or education in a mechanical or technical field is a plus
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing machines, and walking long distances
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Maturity and ability to work independently without close supervision
