Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and distribution of shipping documents, including bills of lading (HBLs), certificates of origin, and other required paperwork.
- Track and follow up on payments from cash account customers, ensuring timely receipt of funds.
- Billing and Invoicing: Add release fees to bills of lading (BLs), generate invoices, and send payment reminders.
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and accurate flow of documentation and payments.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or documentation experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
