About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager Leader to oversee the entire product quality lifecycle from prototype evaluation and compliance certification to post-market performance analysis. The successful candidate will develop quality control strategies, compliance frameworks, and testing procedures while ensuring seamless collaboration between product development, engineering, and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee product quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry certifications, safety regulations, and government standards.
- Establish testing protocols, inspection procedures, and risk assessment frameworks for all products.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment between product development, engineering, and operations teams on quality expectations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and reduce defect rates.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in product quality assurance, compliance, or regulatory affairs within manufacturing or consumer products.
- Proven leadership in developing quality programs, compliance frameworks, and vendor quality management.
- Strong knowledge of product testing, risk assessment, and defect analysis methodologies.
- Expertise in UL, NSF, ISTA, FDA, and other relevant certification processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to quality improvement.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing teams and leading quality assurance initiatives.
