Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus!
Location: Position would be primarily serving North L.A; Korea Town, San Fernando Valley and Pasadena areas.

Our services are based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and the results-driven methods of human performance technology (HPT).
Change Factors Analysis (CFA) is currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or (an individual working towards their Certification) who has experience supervising, motivating, and training staff. The qualified applicant will be a “hands on” trainer who easily jumps in and models teaching procedures for staff. Our approach is based upon applied behavior analysis and mental health support. In addition, this applicant will have first rate skills in the following domains: communication, organization, report writing, interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution, and time management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report directly to the Clinical Director
- This role would be mostly working with adults in residential and day programs
- Set and achieve performance goals with client, client guardian, and treatment teams.
- Assist with training of staff.
- Determine techniques to be used in implementation of treatment plans
- Represent CFA professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct initial and on-going client assessments, and based on these assessments, design and maintain top quality treatment programs.
- Oversee and maintain accurate and organized client notes, data, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Train clients’ staff, guardians and family members on treatment techniques; maintain positive working relationship with clients’ family and support staff
- Maintain minimum billable client treatment requirements (100 billable hours per month) for salaried positions.
- Supervise and train Behavior Interventionists
- Monitor programs in the field and/or clinic
- Provide direct supervision and consultation for our facilities and cases
- Conduct and write FBAs
- Write Progress Reports
- Lead and mentor team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BCBA® Certified with at least 5 years of BCBA experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels
- M.A. /M.S. in related field
- Bi-lingual is a Plus
- Proven people-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills
