Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director / BCBA to join our team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for leading and developing clinical programs. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care, and driving program growth and development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage clinical programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
