Key Responsibilities:
- Review developmental assessments to identify delays in areas such as communication, motor skills, cognitive development, and social-emotional growth.
- Implement individualized intervention plans to address developmental goals under the direction of an Early Intervention Supervisor .
- Use play-based techniques to engage children in learning during natural daily activities (e.g., playtime, mealtime, self-care routines).
- Collaborate with families to integrate therapeutic techniques into everyday routines and provide coaching to enhance learning opportunities.
- Foster a professional, positive and supportive relationship with families, providing them with strategies and resources to continue development at home.
- Monitor and track progress and collaborate with supervisor on adjusting interventions as needed to ensure continuous goal growth.
- Maintain accurate records of child progress and communication with families.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- One year's experience working with children, especially in early intervention or developmental delay settings.
- Knowledge of child development (birth to 3 years), with a focus on early childhood interventions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with families and other professionals.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation for home visits is required
- Ability to pass background check (Criminal history check; fingerprints)
Physical Demands
- Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (running, bending, kneeling, computer typing, and standing).
- Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
- Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)

Salary : $18 - $26
