What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Dispatch Agent position at KONOP REFRIGERATION, INC.?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch/Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and facilitate communication between clients and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, be personable, dependable, and punctual.
Duties
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and assessing their needs
- Enter and dispatch service calls when appropriate
- Negotiating prices with technicians when needed
- Ordering parts when necessary
- Receiving and processing quotes from technicians
- Data entry as needed
- Perform related duties as assigned by Team Lead
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Maintaining responsibility for dispatching the company’s technicians in a manner that maximizes efficiency and ensures customer satisfaction
- Always Providing exceptional customer service; including acknowledging service calls reported, updates and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Troubleshooting units with location contacts
- Cold-Calling new Technicians across the US and/or Canada
- Working as a team player and contributing to the team accordingly
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as dispatcher is a plus
- General computer literacy
- Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for customer service
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be efficient with strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have strong skills in organization and planning; demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving
