Quality Control Technician
Job Description
A Quality Control Technician at Konrady Plastics inspects and measures parts to determine the disposition of finished products while ensuring the parts meet the print specifications. This position reports to Quality Control Manager.
General Responsibilities
- Conducts routine and non-routine measurement of finished goods including first piece inspections, in-process inspection, and final inspections.
- Work according to deadlines for the delivery of products to ensure on-time-delivery.
- Determine disposition based on measurement results and ensuring the measurements meet print specifications
- Performs visual inspections of finished products.
- Calibrates, validates, or maintains laboratory equipment.
- Investigates or reports to QC Manager or Team Lead questionable test results.
- Monitors testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
- Participate in the weekly RGA meeting and be prepared to discuss any RGAs or RMA.
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Blueprint reading capability
- Follows all safety guidelines.
- ISO experience preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 40 lbs
- Quality Control Analysis and Attention to Detail
- Active Listening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
