Now, backed by a $47.5 investment from Goldman Sachs, we're poised for our next phase of growth, targeting $100M ARR. To drive this expansion, we're seeking a skilled Senior Associate, GTM Ops to help accelerate our growth.
This role reports directly to our Director of Revenue Operations and offers the opportunity to be a founding member of our new NYC office in Chelsea. We work in the office three days a week, Tuesday through Thursday, giving you the chance to actively contribute to shaping our culture.
\n- We’re looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience to execute the implementation of Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, acting as a business partner, liaison, and connective layer between different branches of GTM, most specifically Marketing & the SDR teams
- Build and scale the tooling needed to support prospecting, demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Organize prospect list-building and strategy between the SDR & Marketing teams
- Own the execution and automation of our core technology stack for Marketing & SDR’s, primarily Hubspot & Salesloft. Be an expert on best-in-class tooling & automation
- Review & analyze campaigns to evaluate where we can better invest our prospecting efforts
- Make recommendations on how the business can improve top-of-funnel initiatives
- Expertise in Hubspot required
- Experience in Salesforce, Salesloft, Clay, Gong & 6sense are nice-to-have
- Should be comfortable reviewing data in a Google Sheet / Excel Format
- Understanding of the marketing funnel & benchmark lead / sales conversion metrics
- Collaborative, can work with stakeholders across the business & build strong relationships
- Able to balance strategic thinking with daily tactical objectives
