- Communication with customers for order status/tracking
- Generating and processing/managing of quotes and sales opportunities
- Processing of customer orders and management of resulting sales process
Requirements:
- CRM and ERP software experience is required
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Apps
- 20% travel to occasionally meet customers at trade shows or on-site for sales and support
