Responsibilities:
- Communication and negotiation with customers to provide product and sales process related information.
- Generation and processing/managing of quotes and sales opportunities.
- Processing of customer orders and management of resulting sales process.
- Purchasing and expediting (securing the quality and timely delivery of goods).
- Communication with customers for order status/tracking.
- Managing domestic and international shipments with UPS/FEDEX and other freight carriers.
- Maintenance of customer data base, price lists, sales data reports and statistics.
- Support business operation in daily needed tasks.
Requirements:
- Associate / BA in business administration, is required.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Crm and erp software experience, is required.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Apps, is required.
