What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Specialist position at Konviere?
We are in need of a Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to our customers. In this position, you may help customers install our products, troubleshoot hardware issues, and offer general help desk support to walk them through any problems. We have major corporate clients, so you should have experience with both LAN and WAN networks. Our ideal applicant has a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology and several years of experience working with computers.
Help Desk Specialist Duties and Responsibilities :
Answer customer questions and troubleshoot technical issues.
Walk customers through the use of our product.
Report recurring issues to management.
Keep a log of all calls and issues.
Help Desk Specialist Requirements and Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in information technology (IT) or computer science.
Help desk or IT experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with all of our products.
