Information Technology (IT) Business Analyst Duties and Responsibilities :
Analyze and evaluate current systems, processes, and procedures to identify areas of improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
Develop technical solutions and ensure their correct implementation
Monitor system performance, track and report on progress, and troubleshoot any issues
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current technologies and trends
Information Technology (IT) Business Analyst Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
4 years of experience in an IT or Business Analyst role
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in databases, Microsoft Office, and other business software
Knowledge of process improvement, data modeling, and software development life cycle
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and organizational skills
