Job Overview
You will be responsible for assessing clients' fitness levels, educating them on proper exercise techniques, and providing motivation and support throughout their fitness journey. This position requires a passion for health and fitness, as well as the ability to inspire others to lead healthier lifestyles.
Duties
- Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' fitness levels and goals.
- Instruct class up to 20 participants in functional fitness workouts.
- Understand the registration and check-in process for new and current members.
- Selling merchandise ( protein, supplements, hoodies, etc.)
Qualifications
- CrossFit Level 2 or NASM Certification
- CPR Certification
- Liability Insurance
- 1 year of experience
- Personable, energetic, and self-motivated
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
