Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Detailer to clean and prepare vehicles after bodywork repairs. This role is responsible for ensuring vehicles meet our high-quality standards before they are returned to customers. The position also includes general shop assistance as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles after bodywork repairs, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning.
- Perform final quality checks to ensure vehicles meet customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop and work area.
- Assist body shop technicians with minor tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Handle detailing supplies and equipment properly to ensure vehicle protection.
- Perform other shop-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous detailing experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
