Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and talented Jr. Data Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team! The Jr. Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify patterns and trends, contributing to the overall efficiency of our business. This position will be based out of our corporate office in Sacramento and will be reporting to the Director of Finance.

What the Jr. Data Analyst role looks like:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights, providing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
- Monitor and audit employee credit card transactions to ensure correct categorization and compliance with company policies and detect unauthorized expenditures.
- Investigate discrepancies in employee hours, overtime, and other payroll-related matters to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and implement strategies to recover company costs and recommend enhancements for expense management and controls.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on payroll and expense data to the CEO, Director of Finance, and other key internal stakeholders.
- Perform other job duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
What our ideal candidate looks like:
- 2 years of experience in data analysis, data entry, or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Work Environment:
- Standard office setting
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs
- Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time
