We are seeking a Parts Administrator with 1-3 years of experience in automotive or heavy-duty truck parts inventory and purchasing. The Parts Administrator will work closely with the Fleet Asset Manager and field technicians and will be responsible for managing parts and inventory.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
What the Parts Administrator role looks like:
Inventory Management:
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels of parts, accessories, and related materials.
- Ensuring parts are readily available for maintenance and repairs.
- Tracking and confirming parts orders.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering parts in advance.
- Developing and improving inventory reporting systems.
- Ensuring parts are high-quality, accurate, and free of damage.
- Organizing parts inventory for maximum efficiency.
Ordering and Procurement:
- Ordering parts required for repairs and service.
- Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices.
- Ensuring parts meet cost and quality standards.
- Overseeing the shipment of replacement parts.
Customer Service:
- Assisting technicians with finding the right parts for repairs.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues.
- Handling customer complaints.
What our ideal candidate looks like:
- Proven experience as a Parts Administrator or similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of truck parts and components is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Work Environment:
- Standard office setting.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time.
