SALARY BETWEEN 90K-120K DEPENDING ON EXPEREINCE
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all branch functions, including managing resources and staff, attaining sales goals, delivering quality customer service, growing revenues, assisting with customer relations, implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance, and ensuring the branch meets its goals and objectives.
- Oversee hiring, coaching, training, and developing associates
- Consistently communicate between sales and operations to ensure customer's expectations are exceeded
- Provide performance feedback timely using the company-approved platforms
- Open willingness for continual learning
- Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner
- Demonstrate an understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices
- Follow all Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values
- Any other duties deemed appropriate by management
