SALARY UP TO $85,000 DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS
Job Duties:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies and procedures, enforcing guidelines, and applying them to daily installation activities
- Review financial performance and profitability via accounts payable and accounts receivable reports, and make adjustments or corrections as needed
- Challenge the status quo by facilitating process and performance improvement initiatives, working closely with installation associates at all levels to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Ensure all facilities are properly maintained, clean, and up to code
- Provide general associate office and field support when needed to ensure associate success
- Maintain personal compliance with all Koorsen policies and core values, setting a good example for associates
- Review sales reports, call logs, proposals, pricing, installation agreements, GPS reports, expense reports, commission sheets, timecards, and schedules to ensure accuracy & efficiency
- Make daily general operations decisions, working closely with all installation associates to make strong, sound decisions
- Maintain an open line of communication with corporate support teams, senior management, and district management regarding the performance of the installation as well as its associates.
- Complete and submit paperwork as needed promptly
- Submit reports and paperwork to the corporate office as needed including but not limited to Payroll Information, Policy Sheets, Financial Information, SI Reports, Employee Orientation information, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure man hours are being managed and utilized efficiently to ensure efficient use of payroll dollars.

- Communicate with customers and associates of Koorsen Fire & Security regarding problems that may arise and pursue a proper resolution to those problems
- Perform post-complaint research to identify installation issues and ensure that those issues are corrected
- Perform quality control audits to ensure that customers are being properly taken care of.
- Perform customer site surveys and generate sales/installation quotes for Alarm, Suppression, Extinguisher, & Sprinkler needs
- Follow up with customers and sell Installations to correct deficiencies that have been identified.
- Seek customer feedback continuously to ensure they are satisfied with company installations.
- Perform high-quality and professional sales presentations to potential customers, promoting Koorsen products
- Perform fire suppression, alarm, extinguisher, and sprinkler systems installation as needed
- Educate customers regarding the proper operation of their suppression and/or alarm systems and address deficiencies
- Work with technicians to provide field inspection, installation, and systems installation support as needed
- Review financials regularly, looking for areas that needed to be addressed and/or corrected
- Work with the senior management team to plan annual budget along with sales projections
- Ensure that installation operations run effectively and efficiently that will support profitability
- Generate and review operations reports, ensuring maintained profitability
- Facilitate free-flow of ideas for improvement between management and associates
- Regularly challenge the status quo, identifying installation weaknesses and working with others to bring forth process improvement
- Coordinate and manage bi-weekly or monthly meetings with staff to ensure knowledge, communication, and improvement

Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 5-7 years of previous experience working in Sprinkler Operations
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and meet the safe driving policy criteria to be an active company vehicle driver
- Ability to obtain required licensing
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, and/or Business Administration
- Proven track record of successful installation management within an Installation industry
