Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day and overall operations and administration of the Energy Assistance program, and supervision of program staff in accordance with State/Federal grant regulations. Operations include but not limited to: knowledge of and compliance with all Energy Assistance program guidelines and procedures, record keeping, reporting, fiscal/program/single audits, and staff supervision. Coordinate and implement policy and relationships between clients and vendors and serve as the main liaison between the Agency and State staff, as well as the Primary eHEAT Administrator.
Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma and additional training.
- Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Human Services, Business, or Related Field
- More than 3 years related office experience
- Management & supervisory experience
- Non-Profit experience preferred
- Background Study Clearance
- Valid Driver’s License & MVR approval for use of Agency Vehicles
Schedule/Location
- 40 Hours/Week
- Daytime weekday shift- no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts.
- Grand Rapids, MN
Compensation
- Entry Wage of $25.78/hour
- Wage Scale of $25.78 to $37.70
- Scheduled Raises & Cost of Living Allowances
