Do You Have What It Takes?
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience (or a combination of relevant education and experience).
- Public sector experience (preferred but not required).
- A PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PSHRA certification (preferred but not required).
- A solid understanding of federal and state employment practices.
- The ability to always maintain confidentiality.
You’ll Excel in This Role If You:
- Are a well-rounded HR professional with skills in all areas of HR.
- Have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office programs and office applications.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Are a positive, solution-oriented individual who excels in multi-tasking and managing interruptions.
