THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
- Have a strong understanding of court rules, legal citation, and document formatting.
- Can exercise independent judgment based on thorough case knowledge and attention to detail.
- Possess excellent writing skills and a deep understanding of the English language, including punctuation and spelling.
- Can maintain composure in high-pressure situations while interacting tactfully with others.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and retaining crucial details with ease.
DO YOU QUALIFY?
- Education: Do you have an Associate of Science or Applied Science degree in Legal Secretarial Studies from an accredited institution?
- Experience: Do you have at least one year of secretarial or clerical experience, or a minimum of two years of senior secretarial experience in a law office?
- Knowledge: Are you familiar with legal terminology, procedures, and standard office practices in a legal setting?
- Communication Skills: Do you excel in both written and verbal communication?
- Background Requirements: Are you able to pass a criminal background check and mandatory pre-employment drug test?
