Koozie Group is a leading supplier of promotional products, and we're looking for an experienced Graphic Artist to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your artistic skills to prepare production-ready artwork using provided templates.
As a Graphic Artist at Koozie Group, your responsibilities will include finalizing designs using Adobe Creative Cloud software, reviewing graphics and layouts before production, and recreating art files submitted by customers to ensure they meet our high standards.
- You'll be working collaboratively with our Care Krew team members to provide guidance and feedback on art issues and assist with training as needed.
- In addition to your technical skills, we're looking for someone who can effectively communicate with both internal and external customers to offer help and escalate issues when necessary.
