Online Community Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Industry Portal & Social Media Specialist . In this role, you will manage inquiries, product suggestions, and marketing efforts on industry portals like Commonsku and SAGE, as well as monitor and respond to social media interactions. Your proactive approach to marketing campaigns and efficient handling of customer concerns will contribute to the success and reputation of our brand.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide item suggestions and options from the Koozie Group line based on customer needs.
Monitor social media platforms and search engines for messages, comments, and posts related to the company or its products.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns on industry portals and National Account internal pages.
Assist Marketing Communications Manager on product selection for editorials and features in industry articles.
