The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital heat transfer equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Screen Room Associate- Overview: Join our team as a Screen Room Associate, where you'll play a critical role in the screen printing process by preparing, maintaining, and organizing screens to ensure production efficiency. This position is ideal for someone with attention to detail and a passion for hands-on work in a creative and fast-paced environment.

- Must be a Team Player that is well organized and driven in making a positive impact to the department.
- Must be able to organize workload in an effective manner.
- Works shifts and overtime as scheduled and/or required to meet business timelines.
- Reach, bend, twist, push, pull, grasp, sit or stand for extended periods of time, as well as freely move about the facility as needed for the position.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred/but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency using a computer
- Experience using systems such as Oracle
Salary : $14 - $16
