Cary Leeds Center for Tennis & Learning (CLCTL), the flagship facility of New York Junior Tennis & Learning (NYJTL) and a renowned nonprofit in the Bronx, seeks an experienced, energetic leader as its next General Manager. The New York Junior Tennis & Learning (NYJTL) program operates with the mission to foster the development of young people by building their character through tennis and education, preparing them for lifelong success both on and off the court. GENERAL MANAGER - POSITION OVERVIEW
The Chief Executive Officer / President seeks a General Manager to collaborate closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer on KPIs for success.
Serving as the "face" of Cary Leeds Center for Tennis & Learning, the General Manager will partner with key team members to uphold exceptional service standards and actively engage the surrounding community. Enhancing the client and staff experience will remain a central focus.
Success in this role requires exceptional leadership to set a clear vision, inspire and motivate staff, and foster an inclusive, positive environment. Strong business acumen is essential, with expertise in budgeting, marketing, revenue generation, operations, and facility management to ensure the Center's sustainability.
The ideal candidate will excel in networking and relationship-building, forging connections with partner organizations and identifying opportunities to advance the Center's mission. Adaptability and change management skills are also critical, enabling the General Manager to navigate challenges, embrace innovation, and evolve strategies in the dynamic tennis landscape.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The club offers an excellent benefits and 403(b) retirement plan,. Total Salary Range : $150,000 - $160,000.
