What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Cashier/Host position at Korczak's Heritage, Inc.?
Korczak’s Heritage, Inc. at Crazy Horse Memorial® in the Black Hills of South Dakota seeks highly motivated individuals to provide guest services to visitors in the Laughing Water Restaurant through the 2025 summer season. There are both full-time and part-time positions available.
Cashier/host would be responsible for:
Greeting all guests with a warm and friendly “welcome” and seating them. Politely listening to guests and ensure guest satisfaction. Courteously and efficiently processes guest payment methods; “thanking” guests as they leave. Busy times may require assisting the busser clear, clean, and reset tables. It is important to note that with this position, there may be long periods of standing and walking.
This is a seasonal position, if you believe you are a qualified candidate to provide exceptional customer service, ability to warmly greet guests and seat them, answer guests questions, maintain a POS (point of sale) system and procedure knowledge, effectively process guest payments, and efficiently coordinate with restaurant staff, we would like to hear from you.
