KORE AUTISM IS LOOKING FOR A CENTER BASED CLINICAL DIRECTOR (HYBRID POSITION)
The Clinical Director plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of clinical operations. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and TX Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services that meet the unique needs of each client. The Clinical Director will be responsible for the overall clinical supervision of our staff, as well as the development and implementation of our treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ABA theory and practice, as well as experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop operational best-practices for a patient-driven model that creates superior clinical outcomes.
- Identifying and recruiting key clinical talent.
- Controlling company costs and introducing tactical cost tracking initiatives.
- Monitoring budgets, invoices, money handling procedures, accounting, and bank processes.
- Preparing timely and accurate operational performance reports.
- Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of company to include scheduling, staffing, training, direct services, and other administrative duties involving the company staff.
- Provides leadership in the areas of clinical services, program evaluation, program development and training.
- Designs, implements, and manages evidence-based ABA services.
- Works with insurance companies on new and current contracts and contracted rates.
- Maintains a high quality of service and high standards for program design, staff development, and evidence-based services provided to clients.
- Devise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growth
- Designs, implements, and manages evidence-based ABA services.
Skills
- 2 years of experience as a clinical director or other managerial position
- Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Texas BCBA Licensure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
