Key Responsibilities :
- Support clients by filling in for caregiver shifts during emergencies or absences.
- Provide care to new clients, ensuring timely onboarding and seamless caregiver transitions.
- Facilitate caregiver training by offering in-home guidance, mentoring, and conducting supervisory visits.
- Assist with client onboarding and retention to foster long-term satisfaction.
- Manage administrative tasks, including updating care plans, scheduling, and conducting client experience visits.
- Participate in the on-call rotation (includes weekday, weekend, and holiday availability).
- Conduct client assessments and maintain required service documentation.
- Collaborate with office staff and provide support as needed to maintain smooth operations.
