As a PRN RN or LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. This position is perfect for nurses seeking fulfilling PRN hours, a low-stress environment, and the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives.

Anticipated starting pay is $22-$40 per hour but depends on experience and nursing license (RN, LPN).

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to :

• Assesses the full scope of patient needs using the nursing process on a continuous basis
• Observes signs and symptoms and reports changes in the patient’s condition to the physician and / or other appropriate health care professionals
• Provides teaching to client and client family members
• Delegates tasks to other Kore Cares personnel in accordance with the South Dakota Nurse Practice Act
• Uses knowledge and judgement needed to meet nursing needs of the patient
• Nursing tasks may include but are not limited to : wound dressing, medication set up, monitor medication compliance, assess vital signs, assess skin condition, assess nutritional status, assess mobility, assess usage of glucometer, toe / nail care, catheter care, assess health, provide teaching / health education, communicate with physician and pharmacist, blood draws
