Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Recruiter to join our team. This Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-tier talent within various roles across Kore. They will work closely with executive leadership to identify candidates that will align with and drive overall organization success. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, a robust network of talent, and a proven track record of successfully filling positions within a rapidly expanding company.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Reviews job descriptions received from hiring Managers and ensures appropriate approval is received before beginning recruitment activities;
- Conducts initial telephone screen or in person interviews as required;
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to understand organizational needs, identify key leadership competencies, and develop strategic recruiting plans to attract and secure top-tier talent for critical roles.
- Continuously expand and nurture a strong talent pool in the insurance market, keeping track of emerging trends, key players, and salary benchmarks.
- Guide candidates through the Kore hiring process, keeping them informed and engaged while ensuring a white-glove experience throughout.
- Align the recruiting process with the company’s overall strategy by understanding business objectives, anticipating leadership needs, and ensuring talent acquisition efforts support long-term organizational growth within the insurance industry.
- Ensure all candidate and company information is kept confidential and handled with the utmost professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and analyze personal recruitment data, including candidate pipelines, successful placements, and timelines, to identify trends and adjust strategies in alignment with company objectives while ensuring roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Expands recruitment territory and applies daily sourcing strategy through the use of online networking sites, diversity advertising, search licenses, and college relations;
