Description for Bonds & Surety Account Executive:
- Responsible for preparing underwriting files for new accounts.
- Requesting updates for existing accounts & forwarding to surety underwriters.
- Issuing bid, performance/payment bonds, maintenance bonds, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, billings, releases, status inquiries, credits & riders, change orders.
- Assist with marketing of accounts, speaking & meeting with underwriters.
- Help other members of the Kore team with placement of miscellaneous bonds & required underwriting information.
- Check for accuracy of both bonds' invoices & endorsements.
- Assist with collections of premiums & return premiums.
- Assist with marketing of new accounts.
- Assist the V.P. of surety with his daily operations & workload.
- The position includes all other job functions and responsibilities that may be necessary to fulfill the duties associated with the position or as otherwise may be assigned.
- 5 years of experience
- P&C License
