- Create Master Certificates of Insurance.
- Issue PDF version of COI via mail and email, at renewal/new account establishment/upon request by insured.
- Issue version of Auto ID cards at renewal/new account establishment/upon request of Insured.
- Review contract requirements and Provide COI’s and Id cards to requestor, within a timely manner.
- Pull policies from carrier websites and save to Sharepoint files.
- Retrieve Blanket Endorsements from policies and place in Sharepoint files.
- Request and/or retrieve Endorsements from various sources.
- Upload certificates to various websites.
- Retrieve Specific Endorsements from the carrier(s) and work with Account Executive on issuance.
- Attach form into our agency management system (Applied Epic).
- Faxes-Distribute incoming faxes accordingly.
- Occasional Reception relief - i.e., cover lunch
- Mail - Post mail, open incoming mail, date stamp and distribute to appropriate team.
- Monitor cancellations on carrier websites and incoming mail then distribute to appropriate team
- Knowledge of Applied EPIC
- Experience of 3 or more years supporting insurance sales team required
