Job Summary:
We are seeking a 1st Shift dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of semi-automatic machinery to manufacture high-quality parts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Machine Operation: Safely operate semi-automatic machinery to produce parts according to specifications. This includes ensuring the machine remains in cycle, monitoring operations for any deviations, and performing necessary adjustments.
· Part Ejection: Manage the ejection process of parts from the machine, ensuring timely removal to maintain production flow.
· Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of parts for quality assurance. Check for defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
· Packing: Properly pack parts post-inspection to prevent damage during transport or storage. Ensure all parts are labeled correctly and ready for dispatch.
· Documentation: Keep accurate records of parts produced, inspected, and packed. Document any issues or deviations in production.
Requirements:

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. With the exceptions of breaktime, this position requires being on your feet for the entire shift. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
