What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at KORE?
The Executive Assistant will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to KORE C-Suite Executives. The EA will manage executive scheduling, prepare important meeting materials and communications, and support board meetings and the preparation of board materials. The EA is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensuring objectives are accomplished and executive operations run smoothly and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Works directly with C-Suite Execs to support all aspects of daily work and provides similar temporary support to visiting board members and executive team members as directed.
•Serves as principal executive level administrative contact, source of information, and liaison between the CEO and all KORE constituents and external contacts.
•Maintains complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, activities, meals, transportation and travel arrangements. Evaluates needs and exercises discretion in committing time.
•Reviews and appropriately assesses the right resources and level of support needed to effectively respond to queries/requests for information or meetings.
•Partners with Sr. Leaders and other Stakeholders to assist in the development of presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, reports and communications for internal and external audiences using the most effective media and tools.
•Ensures financial policies and processes are followed in assisting others and completing orders for other offices on an ad-hoc basis and submitting expense submissions.
•Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours.
•Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Minimum 2-5 years related executive level administrative support experience required.
•Proficiency with office productivity tools; seeks and learns new software and systems as required.
•Experience in managing a budget and expenses.
•Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
•Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
•Working knowledge of administrative support best practices.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
•Comfortable working with team members at all levels of the organization.
•Integrity, diplomacy, and discretion; experience in maintaining confidential information.
