KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Tech to do the following : Tasks : -Connecting all peripheral devices to the main rack (ex : mics, cameras, encoders / decoders)-Connecting the rack to the patch panel-Updating devices including IP'ing them, loading software, firmware, and configuration files-Recording all serial numbers, MAC addresses, and other required information - attention to detail is VITAL!-Establishing connection between the rack and remote engineers leveraging ScreenConnect-Follow and mark off shared checklists to otherwise prepare the equipment for deployment-Troubleshooting devices that do not connect, won't update, or generally encounter an issue-Recording any failed devices for later RMA -May look for the resource to assist with RMA on non-build days Examples of equipment being worked on include Biamp DSPs, Crestron control panels, Crestron CP4N, Wyrestorm controllers, Marshal Cameras, and microphone speaker bases.
