Summary :
As the Business Systems Analyst, you will lead business value stream development and the systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring and improvement of stakeholder relationships in order to target and improve mutually beneficial outcomes and align technology to meet business needs.
The Business Systems Analyst Senior role is distinguished by the advanced level of responsibility, complexity of work, and the independence exercised. You may also provide functional and / or technical guidance to project teams or newly hired employees.
Job Requirements
Education
Associate's degree, preferably in information technology, or a closely related field. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in information technology may be substituted for two years of experience.
Experience
- 5-7 years of full-time experience in business systems analysis, business process re- engineering, workflow analysis, data modeling, or system implementation / upgrade activities, or a combination of the above functions.
