KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Document Control Administrator to work onsite with our client in Newport Beach, CA.Job SummaryThe Document Control is responsible organizing and coordinating office document operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.Key Responsibilities-Manage All Controlled / Uncontrolled Documents -E-Room : Upload mark-ups and transmittals to Sub-Suppliers. -Manage Documents and Binders for RFQs and proposals-Manage Specification and Material Requisitions-Manage Project Emails-Record Control-Project Deliverables-Procurement & Inventory -ISO Quality Interface-General Office Administration including : -Implement filing systems-Ensure filing systems are maintained and current-Establish procedures for record keeping and monitor record keeping-Ensure security and confidentiality of data-Organize travel arrangements for staff-Coordinate and organize appointments and meetings-Website development-Maintain confidentiality agreement / non-compete clause / proprietary-Maintain computer log ins-Upload documents-Monthly Report-SDDR's / SQ Reports-Spares-ITP Schedule-Non-Conforming Reports-Meeting MinutesCompensation depends on experience but is typically 25-30 / hr.
