KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Program Manager to work on a hybrid schedule in San Diego, CAThe Program Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of key initiatives in alignment with our client's growth objectives. This role will be instrumental in ensuring efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, Compliance, and other key teams. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, excels at managing competing priorities, and can create stakeholder alignment to drive execution at scale.What You'll Do-Align program execution with strategic growth plans, ensuring efficient project delivery as the company scales.-Develop & track key success metrics (KPIs) such as sprint efficiency, compliance backlog resolution rates, and stakeholder satisfaction.-Expand cross-functional collaboration beyond Product, Design, and Engineering to include Finance (budget tracking) and Marketing (go-to-market alignment).-Optimize Agile workflows and ensure best practices in sprint execution—Scrum Master or Agile certifications preferred.-Enhance risk management by proactively identifying project risks, creating mitigation plans, and leading change management efforts for shifting priorities.-Strengthen accountability and tool proficiency by tracking all activities across teams in Asana and centering communication in Asana and Slack. -Drive future scalability by refining project prioritization frameworks and contributing to process automation.-Lead roadmap planning and activity planning processes, considering dependencies across the organization to develop achievable project plans. What We're Looking For-5 years of program / project management experience, ideally in a B2C subscription or SaaS environment.-Proven ability to lead through influence, collaborating across multiple functions and levels.-Experience managing technical and / or product workflows and roadmaps with dependencies across many functional areas, including engineering, design, compliance, customer care, and marketing teams -Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate risks and dependencies. You excel in juggling multiple projects and programs at once.
