This role will collaborate with different business groups to help them put together project schedules, but will not own project delivery.We are looking for someone that has managed a 2-3 year program schedule (Waterfall) with 1,000 tasks all managed with MS Project (not Planview, Primavera, or comparable) for technology specific initiatives (Agile under the hood). Someone that can function as a MS Project admin. KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Program / Project Manager : healthcare / plan, PMP, Tech PM for apps / integration, MS Project, Agile / WaterfallOur legacy technology platforms (must be replaced to enable our continued growth and future success). The primary objectives of the Transformation Program (CTP) are to replace these two legacy technology platforms (with a new SaaS product managed by a vendor), align our operating environment to optimize the new system and tools, and enable expansion into other markets. This will include building new integrations with other existing technologies (website, SFDC, Great Plains ERP, etc.) We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the (Project Scheduled) Master Schedule by collaborating with the workstream leads to ensure that all activities are accounted for and monitored proactively. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Program Master Schedule, facilitating communication among workstream teams, and improving or implementing reporting practices where needed.Key Responsibilities-Program Planning and SchedulingDevelop and maintain a comprehensive Program ScheduleWeekly updates of the Schedule from the workstream status reportsCollaborate with various teams to gather program deliverables, activities and milestonesCreate realistic and achievable timelines for program delivery-Program ReportingProduce weekly schedule extractsPerform schedule analysis on demandRegularly assess Program progress and identify deviations from the ScheduleEnsure all the Program Schedule deliverables and activities are accounted for in the workstream weekly status reportsRisk and Issue Management-Maintain the Program Risk Action Item, Issues, Decision (RAID) log-Ensure that every risk and issue have documented action items-Work collaboratively with the workstream leads to ensure the actions items are driven to conclusionQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Information Systems or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExpert knowledge of MS-Project Experience working at professional service firms (Deloitte, KPMG, Cognizant, InfoSys, etc) requiredProven experience working in healthcare or health plan / insuranceProven experience as a Program or Project Manager (prefers 10 years of relevant Project Management) focused on business lead technology projects Experience working with application-based / tech projects (app migrations / integrations)Experience working on legacy application migrations a plus.
