Key Responsibilities
- Optimization and Analysis: Analyze opportunities for optimization across multiple platforms (SEM, Paid Social, native Advertising, Display, Programmatic) and implement effective solutions.
- Performance Evaluation: Define, measure, and evaluate campaign results, providing actionable insights to partners and stakeholders. Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that effectively communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and advocate for marketing initiatives.
- Reporting: Generate detailed campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders, including insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Create and manage ad campaigns across various social platforms.
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting
- Work with internal design team to create and test ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the manager to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends in social media.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in relevant field.
- Media agency experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns and platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
- Experience with Microsoft Office - particularly Excel, pivot tables is a plus.
- Proficiency in ad targeting and audience analysis.
- Creative design and ad copywriting skills.
- Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Forecasting and budget management.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of social media advertising tools and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
