You will be responsible for managing and growing our social media accounts by creating engaging content, coming up with innovative video ideas, and optimizing posts for maximum reach. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media growth strategy to increase followers, engagement, and reach.
-Generate creative ideas for video content tailored to platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos.
- Write engaging captions that resonate with the target audience.
- Research and utilize trending and relevant hashtags to maximize content visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, trends, and platform updates.
- Monitor account performance and use analytics to adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members or influencers to execute campaigns and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software).
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Ability to write engaging and relatable captions.
