Location:
This Leasing Agent position is based in Minot, ND for a Manufactured Housing Community. Those with Mobile Home, RV Parks, or Manufactured Home Community experience strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Duties
- Conduct sales and lease closings including home move-in checklists
- Monitor homes for readiness
- Manage and upload photos and descriptions of community vacant homes Lease rental inventory to qualified applicants
- Evaluate potential inventory purchases for Management review
- Review inventory for refurb needs
- Creates and places effective advertising as directed by Management
- Perform sales office duties as directed by Management
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
- Tracks and follow ups with all prospective residents
- Create and maintain a positive Community environment
- Communicate policies and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Shifts : Mon - Fri | 9:00am - 6:00pm
Pay: $17/HR COMMISSSIONS, FT Hours
