Responsibilities

- Accurately process orders and relay them to the kitchen staff, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation.
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices throughout service.

Requirements
- Previous experience in the Food industry or fine dining environment is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Excellent math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Exceptional guest relations skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
