What are the responsibilities and job description for the Durable Medical Equipment Driver position at KORMAN HEALTHCARE?
Korman Healthcare is looking to fill immediate positions for a Durable Medical Equipment and Medication driver. We are looking for team players that take pride in their performance.
A Variety of shifts are available. An on-call shift will be required 1 week and weekend a month after training. We offer a full benefit package along with PTO and sick time for full time.
Responsibilities:
· Picking up Medical Equipment at specified locations
· Routing stops in the most efficient manner
· Communicating to patients with eta's in a professional and friendly manner.
· Delivering goods and/or setting up equipment while making the patients feel comfortable and explaining the process if needed.
· Paying detailed attention to paperwork and other processes.
· Setting up medical equipment including but not limited to hospital beds, wheelchairs, and oxygen. (Previous experience preferred but not required we will train)
Requirements:
· Smart Phone With touchscreen
· Knowledge of the valley and the ability to navigate efficiently
· Clear Motor Vehicle Record for the last three years
*Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted
