As a Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure the seamless execution of high-impact initiatives.
You will lead teams through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver high-quality software on time and on budget.
This role provides the opportunity to interact with all levels of the organization, drive process improvements, and refine PMO practices to help scale the organization globally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS8 years of experience in program management within an enterprise SaaS environment.Program management certifications such as PgMP, PMP, or equivalent.Agile training or relevant experience (e.g., SAFe, CSM)Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategic information to executives and diverse audiences.Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment.Experience implementing process improvement initiatives and aligning teams to industry-standard best practices.Proficiency with relevant tools such as Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Atlassian (Jira / Confluence), PowerBi / Tableau, Product Board / Aha. Competencies :Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level programs, including product and service launches.Strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform decision-making.Demonstrated ability to manage change and implement process improvements effectively.
