Key Responsibilities
20 USD
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Support:
- Support a range of projects across our Organizational Strategy practice with a focus on Work and Career Architecture solutions.
- Assist in the creation of job frameworks using the Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation methodology.
- Develop job analyses, defining levels and types of work within different organizational structures.
- Contribute to the development of career paths for various roles and job functions.
- Network and collaborate with Korn Ferry colleagues to support engagements.
- Data Gathering and Analysis:
- Conduct data gathering, predictive modeling, and analysis.
- Support in analyzing data to draw insights and inform job architecture and career development solutions.
- Content Development:
- Assist solution leaders in gathering, collating, and publishing content, including proposals, case studies, and thought leadership, on the intranet.
- Help develop solution playbooks and refine internal toolkit materials based on samples.
- Business Development and Research:
- Provide support for business development initiatives and market/industry research.
- Take notes for focus group sessions, perform basic analysis of themes, and assist in drafting client deliverables.
- Support in preparing and presenting client proposals and engagement materials.
- Engagement Delivery:
- Participate in the delivery of large engagements for Marquee Accounts.
- Develop knowledge of various solution offerings and contribute to project management activities.
- Assist in developing client-facing deliverables and ensuring timely execution of project tasks.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills – clear writing and articulate verbal communications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Applicants must be able to work from the designated KF office at least three times per week.
- Students who are currently enrolled in a 4-year accredited college or university
- 2 GPA or above and graduating the Spring of 2026
